Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inspection and quality assessment of incoming products and/or raw materials and throughout processing.
- Inspects and reviews compliance to Halal, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000:2018 as well as Green 5S certification requirement
- Ensure compliance and continuous improvement efforts toward existing policies, procedures and processes.
- Facilitates generation of all QAQC reports and documents.
- Periodically monitors storage temperature and reviews conformances to the product temperature requirements.
- Conducts sensory evaluation of products and/or raw materials or stock on hand.
- Conduct audits on food quality and safety programs for internal and external
- Responsible to check the effectiveness of countermeasure reply to customer and countermeasure reply by production
- Liaise with other departments such as Production, Warehouse & logistic, Customer service, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing and Maintenance if necessary.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned by Head of Department / Operation Manager
