Responsibilities : 

• Negotiate contracts with consultants, contractors and suppliers;
• Prepared cost estimates and budgers for development projects;
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis;
• Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations for contractor selection;
• Monitor project costs against the budget and manage variations;
• Manage consultant and contractor relationships;
• Maintain comprehensive contract records and documentations;
• Coordinate with project teams and external partners;
• Attend site meetings with consultants and contractors;
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes and deliveries;
• Site valuation and certification of work done;
• Post contract administration;
• Prepare cash flow forecasts for management;

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu;
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
• Strong analytical skills in costing; 
• Knowledge in construction contracts and construction cost;
• Resourceful and good communication skill; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & AutoCAD;
• Possess own vehicle and driving license
