Job description

• To greet and direct customers to their tables.
• To complete all cleaning and preparation of cutlery at tables.
• To present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• To inform customers about the day's specials/promotions and offer menu recommendations and upsell accordingly.
• To take accurate food and drinks orders.
• To communicate with our kitchen team to make sure orders are accurate and served promptly.
• To up-sell to customers when appropriate.
• To serve food and drink orders.
• To be able to multi-task various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bills.

Job requirement

• Malaysian only
• Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage
• A team player and hardworking
• Can work during weekends and public holidays
• No experience needed as we will provide training
