Job Description: Sales Ambassador

Location: Various malls across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kelantan, Shah Alam, Seremban, KLIA 2, Melaka, and others.

Salary: Starting from RM1,500, with potential for higher earnings based on performance.

• Kuala Lumpur: MyTOWN, Melawati Mall, NU Sentral, Sunway Putra
• Johor Bahru: AEON Taman You, Angsana, City Square, Giant Plentong, Senai Airport, Paradigm Mall JB
• Seremban: AEON Seremban 2, AEON Nilai
• Melaka: Dataran Pahlawan, Mydin MITC, AEON Bandaraya Melaka, Lotus Peringgit
• Shah Alam: Setia City Mall, i-City
• Petaling Jaya: Paradigm Mall PJ, Sunway Pyramid
• Putrajaya: Alamanda, D’Puzzle
• Penang: Sunway Carnival, AEON Bukit Mertajam
• Kelantan: KB Mall, Mydin Tunjong

Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote our products or services within assigned malls.
• Engage with customers, provide information, and answer questions about the products.
• Meet sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying patterns.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about engaging with customers.
• Availability: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
