Job Description

  • Support and provide clerical support duties to the Sales Team.
  • Attend to customers inquiries.
  • Perform office administration tasks including tender and ensure relevant records for tender are properly kept.
  • In charge of all incoming daily mails and all sample for courier services.
  • Need to handle & support day to day operation activities which email, calls, faxes and walk in customers and administrative work.

 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must posses at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years related working experience.
  • Required languange in Bahasa Malaysia, English and others is an added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Applicants must be computer literate and good at Microsoft Words and Excel.
  • Preferably specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
