Job Description
Support and provide clerical support duties to the Sales Team.
Attend to customers inquiries.
Perform office administration tasks including tender and ensure relevant records for tender are properly kept.
In charge of all incoming daily mails and all sample for courier services.
Need to handle & support day to day operation activities which email, calls, faxes and walk in customers and administrative work.
Job Requirements
Candidate must posses at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1-2 years related working experience.
Required languange in Bahasa Malaysia, English and others is an added advantage.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Applicants must be computer literate and good at Microsoft Words and Excel.
Preferably specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
