Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Subang Jaya. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day task related to sales engineering, technical support, communication, sales, and customer service. The Sales Engineer will be working closely with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that best meet those needs. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering skills with technical knowledge of the product and industry
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Willingness to work with the team and as well as to work independently
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, marine, power generation industry is a plus
