Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with agents & owners for purchasing/renting the property for the right price under the best terms
• Conduct market research & analysis
• Compile property listings and expand the market based on demand
• Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period
• Prepare sales reports to be submitted to Immediate Superior
• Support marketing team in the implementation of sales & marketing programmes
• Attend to all matters pertaining to sales from initial enquiry to execution of documents
