Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for business development of existing and new customers to achieve sales targets and market share.
  • To source for new business leads by way of multi-channel such as cold calling, networking, canvassing, email, social media, prospect listing, etc.
  • To built good rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Make regular follow-up with existing customers and continue business and contract.
  • Conduct online/on-site product demo(s) with each qualified prospect.
  • Update new or current client database (address, phone, email, etc)
  • Issuing of quotation, follow-up with collection, attend to customer complaint and after sales service.
  • Visit to project site as required for exchange of information.
  • Channel feedbacks from customers and work with product development team to drive platform enhancements.
  • Other job or project assigned by Superior and/or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years working experience in sales/marketing line.
  • IT or Tech savvy.
  • Pro-active, Resourceful, Confident, Good Attitude and Good written and verbal Communication skills, Responsible, Trustworthy.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Problem solving abilities and good organizational skills.
  • Possess at least a Diploma, Professional Cert, or Degree.
  • Experience in Cloud Management/Data Management/CRM is an added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel from time to time.
