Requirements

• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia bonus for Mandarin speaker
• Looking for applicants with legal right to work in Malaysia
• Education: Candidates must possess at least Secondary/SPM/'O' Level
• Team Player, Youthful and adventurous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Design background required (Design skill like PPT, AI, Canva and etc)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in travel agent incentive group
• Fluent and writing in English

Responsibility

• Be creative to create deck and come out with concept to pass to designer
• Branding collateral marketing- create branding *For example: create logo or branding on tumbler (appreciation gift)
• Handling office equipment
• Claim Insurance for client or staff
• Liaise with supplier for doorgift/collateral/shirt knowledge/knowledge about printing material
• Negotiate with supplier
• Advance skill in Microsoft office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Creative and innovative
• Creative in provide tidbits and small gifts for client
• Deck- slide presentation for sales, customize pre-journey item
• Come out with concept for image/invitation video before pass it to editor
• Liaise with supplier for router and simcard for every destination
• Do Proposal agreement for client signature
• Do paperwork
