We are an established distribution-centric organization looking to fill up the Section Manager position. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Manager and lead the sales team of the Timepiece products.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the sales team of the Timepiece section (Casio, G-Shock, Baby-G and Edifice).
• Responsible for the section targeted sales growth and profitability of the business.
• Develop sales strategies to meet the section targeted sales growth and profitability.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor the market trend and perform competitive analysis.
• Develop, manage and maintain new and existing customer's accounts and the expansion of existing market share.
