  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  2. Manage the full cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
  3. Develop and oversee employee training programs to improve job skills and career development.
  4. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  5. Manage employee relations issues and handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  6. Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  7. Collaborate with managers and department heads to develop staffing plans and ensure workforce needs are met.
  8. Oversee performance management systems and provide guidance to managers on how to improve employee performance.
  9. Manage HR metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  10. Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
