Our client is an MNC with a presence in more than 100 countries globally. They are involved in manufacturing and selling medical supplies and devices in the areas of endo surgery, cardiology, orthopedic, trauma, joint replacement, and rapid test diagnostic products. Their products are currently represented by local distributors in Malaysia. In order to increase their presence in Malaysia and provide better service to customers, our client is in the process of setting up a local office in Malaysia.

Position: Senior Logistics Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Import products by sea and air.
2. Arrange deliveries by land transport.
3. Handle customs clearance process and deal with logistics companies.
4. Prepare and handle all relevant logistics documentation.
5. Oversee the logistics process and in charge of the warehouse.
6. Ensure products in the warehouse are stored properly & accounted for in the system.
7. Handle inventory control.
8. Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Experience: at least 5 years of logistics and warehousing experience.
2. Must have at least 2 years working experience in a medical equipment distribution company.
3. Education: at least a Diploma
4. Willing to work in Jalan Ampang, KL.
5. Must be familiar with the customs clearance process & logistics documentation.
