Support Level: Tier 2 (L2/L3)


  • Handling customer calls with English and Mandarin clients
  • Working in virtual teams distributed globally.
  • Working with desperate and demanding client groups.
  • Providing technical support on windows/ Linux based env.



  • Mandarin language proficiency mandatory.
  • Experience of Managed File Transfer products (Connect: Direct, Sterling B2B integrator, Sterling
    File Gateway, etc).
  • Experience in cloud technology /Kubernetes /OCP.
  • Hands on experience in transmissions protocols (sFTP, C: D etc ).
  • Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc).
  • Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security.
  • Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems.
  • Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding.
  • Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.
  • Flexible to support extended/ out of working hours on call during Sev-1 issues/ critical
