- Handling customer calls with English and Mandarin clients
- Working in virtual teams distributed globally.
- Working with desperate and demanding client groups.
- Providing technical support on windows/ Linux based env.
- Mandarin language proficiency mandatory.
- Experience of Managed File Transfer products (Connect: Direct, Sterling B2B integrator, Sterling
File Gateway, etc).
- Experience in cloud technology /Kubernetes /OCP.
- Hands on experience in transmissions protocols (sFTP, C: D etc ).
- Good understanding of the Secure plus protocols (TLS /SSL etc).
- Networking and security experience of cryptography applications and data security.
- Hands on administration experience of Windows and Unix, operating systems.
- Windows/Unix scripting experience and XML coding.
- Unix/Windows Connect Direct support experience.
- Flexible to support extended/ out of working hours on call during Sev-1 issues/ critical
