Duration: Start immediately until 31 December 2022

Part time / Full time, 10am-7pm (1 hr break)

Salary: RM2500 – RM3000

Payment: 7th workings day of following month

Job Scope:

• Perform outbound call to customer to claim one voucher
• Educate customers about the program features & benefits
• Follow up, assist & persuade customer to redeem the voucher
• Language use (Malay/Mandarin/Tamil)

Requirement:

• Must attend F2F interview & briefing
• Own laptop & earphone
• Able to commit at least 20 days total
• No problem taking rejection from customer
• Malaysian only
