Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based on provided lead lists.

• Listen actively to customer needs, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.

• Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.

• Set up appointments for consultants to close sales.

• Prepare timely and accurate reporting to management.

• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Job Requirements:

• SPM graduate and/or above. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Discipline and strong Self-Motivation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels.

• Planning and reporting skills.

• Able to speak Mandarin and English is a must. (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)

• Sales experience is an added advantage.

• Knowledge on Finance and Banking would be an added advantage.
