Job Highlights

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based on provided lead lists.
- Listen actively to customer needs, answer questions, and address concerns effectively.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations.
- Set up appointments for consultants to close sales.
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting to management.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
Job Requirements:
- SPM graduate and/or above. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Discipline and strong Self-Motivation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Planning and reporting skills.
- Able to speak Mandarin and English is a must. (Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage)
- Sales experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Finance and Banking would be an added advantage.
