Responsiblities:

• Mandarin is required as to handle calls with mandarin speaking enquiries.
• Assist clients in planning and booking their travel itineraries, including flihghts, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and buget, ensuring an exceptional travel experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry developments to provide accurate and relevant information to client.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support before, during and after clients' trips.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. 

Requirements:

• Passion for travel and a genuine enthusiasm for exploring new destinations.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Execellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate travel arrangements.
• Knowledge of various travel booking systems and reservation platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional edecation or certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.
