Working Hour : Morning 8AM - 5.30PM (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory through regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the central kitchen team to anticipate production needs and coordinate the timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.
- Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes, including proper storage, rotation, and handling of products to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of perishable and hazardous materials.
- Coordinate logistics, including receiving and dispatching deliveries, managing transportation schedules, and optimizing warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of items.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline warehouse operations and enhance productivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to inventory, deliveries, and warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role, preferably in a food-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and maintaining records.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations related to food storage and handling.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment and technology, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus.
