RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Prepare budget forecasts.
  • Publish financial statements in time.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments.
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
  • Audit financial transactions and documents.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.

 

 

QUALIFICATION

  • Must possessed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Must have 5 years of solid experience in accounting with 1-2 years experience in managements roles.
  • Registered member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel and accounting SQL system.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Experience with general ledger functions.
  • Strong analytical ability, particularly analyzing in P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in developing clear and detailed reports.
  • Willing to give full commitments.
  • As you will be exposed to confidential information, a high degree of professionalism and discretion is a must.
