Key Responsibilities:

 

Sales Coordination:

  • Act as the main point of contact for the sales team, managing schedules, tracking client and vendor interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination with logistics.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, purchase order and proposals in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines to ensure proper follow-ups and closure.

 

Microsoft Tools Utilization:

  • Use Microsoft Excel to maintain. data, generate reports, and create dashboards.
  • Leverage Microsoft PowerPoint to develop compelling sales presentations and materials.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams for team communication and collaboration.

 

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate periodic sales performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders. Document and maintain accurate sales records and contracts.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Assist in resolving customer inquiries, vendors and escalations efficiently.

 

Support and Collaboration:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

Assistance to Sales Director

  • Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
  • Provide research and analysis support to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Help coordinate key initiatives and projects led by the Sales Director.

 

 

Ǫualifications and Skills:

 

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to communicate in Bahasa, English and Mandarin (will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team needs.
