Supervise day-to-day administration operations of the company;
Review and improve administrative procedures & processes;
Get quotation for comparison purpose for new and/ or existing suppliers when needed;
Maintain a record of upkeep of all the billing etc;
Generate purchase orders for raw materials and components. Closely monitor supplier delivery schedules and routinely communicate with vendors to expedite deliveries when needed to ensure component availability.
Responsible for planning and monitoring production and maintaining inventory levels of components and finished goods to ensure consistent levels of finished goods are on hand to satisfy customer demand.
Develop a positive and cooperative working relationship with suppliers through regular, proactive communication.
Requirement
Must to know Mandarin, Malay and English.
More than years in admin role for manufacturing furniture.
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing procedures.
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, power point and specifically).
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail.
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
