Job Description:
Provide daily administrative support to the CEO
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and social media
Liaise with clients
Perform bookkeeping tasks
Oversee branch operations
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of SPM; higher education and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Capability to work independently
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer applications especially Microsoft Office
Good command of English and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage
Must possess own transport
