Job Description:

  • Provide daily administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Liaise with clients
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks
  • Oversee branch operations
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of SPM; higher education and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Capability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications especially Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English and Mandarin; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Must possess own transport
