ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the operational aspects of stores within your assigned area.
To maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
To actively visit retail outlets and work on improvement plans to improve customer experience and operation efficiency.
To make sure retail stores execute all the promotion mechanics effectively and well stock throughout the promotion period.
To perform store visit to ensure excellent execution of the promotion.
To conduct audit check using store visit checklist and provide feedback and suggestion to store in charge and follow up.
To working closely with the store in charge on the challenges and offer encouragement or recommendation for improvement (if any).
To develop processes for location and individual performance.
To perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
