Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6 pm Evening

Saturday 9:00am - 1 pm Afternoon

 

(Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.

 

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Act as a liaison between employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit business correspondence, reports, and other documents.

 

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

 

Financial Administration:

  • Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
  • Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance department.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
