RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Building clients base, in addition to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with them.
- Proactively source and secure potential clients throughout market, retaining and expanding the existing relationship to drive volume and revenue continuously.
- Collaborate with management and operation departmens to ensure client satisfaction.
SKILLS
- Strong verbal and written communication including compelling presentation skills.
- Experience in consultative selling skills.
- Experience in a cold calls sales environment and follow up on warm leads.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree or a Professional Degree in any field.
- Strong client relationship management skills with minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales and key account management will be added advantages.
- Strong persuasiveness and good customer skills, relationship building, influencing and negotiating skills.
- Proactive, motivated, committed, presentable and a team player.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to function independently in a team environment.
- Ability to identify qualified and prospective clients, engage and communicate effectively with customer at all levels.
- Ability to build relationships with senior management and decision makers.
- Ability to develop quality proposals and present to a large audience.
- Ability to converse in English, Malay and Chinese.
