WEDRINK brand is a chain brand under Runxiang Catering Company. It specializes in fresh ice cream, tea, coffee, juice, etc. Once launched, it quickly became popular in the market and is deeply loved by consumers all over the world. It currently has hundreds of branches in Southeast Asian countries.

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Understand company products and brands support direct report supervisor
  • Consistently follow up leads or new leads getting customer feedbacks
  • Identify and onboards new clients expanding the reach of Wedrink products
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitor activities
  • Regularly report on sales activities, client interactions and market feedback to the supervisor
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and various investment index reports, and can report business trends
  • Help customers understand the company's relevant policies in a timely manner and coordinate the relationship between the company and customers
  • Collect information such as the location around the store to provide the company and customers with appropriate store location information for selection
  • Responsible for answering customer calls, reply query email, inviting customers for inspections, communicating, understanding customer needs in a timely manner, and closing orders

 

Qualifications

  • SPM above or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, strong business sense, time management and can work independently
  • Ability to build and maintain long term clients’ relationships
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meetings or exceeding targets
  • Candidate must have skills and knowledge in Sales, Market Research, Negotiation, Communication and Business Acumen.
