Job Description

  1. Identify business opportunities in new and existing markets.
  2. Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry, and positioning.
  3. Overseeing, managing, and training a business development team to achieve the development planning.
  4. Analyze the current market trends and understand the customer needs to create business strategies to uplift the revenue.
  5. Developing new products and services, including detailed market strategies and pricing plans.
  6. Create and implement processes and policies to support overall business development.
  7. Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  8. Overseeing the development of marketing literature, communication, and branding.
  9. Planning and execution for local marketing plans and promotions across several channels and Retail Stores.
  10. Monitoring the Company’s Retail Stores, E-Commerce, and Social Media channels.
  11. Attending networking events and hosting stands at exhibitions and conferences
  12. Following industry trends locally and internationally.
  13. Expand the company’s customers through networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
  14. Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  15. Setting and reviewing sales goals and ensuring the sales team meets the targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  16. Work closely with sales, marketing, and executive leadership to drive growth and expand the business.
  17. Assist in other areas within the Company as and when requested by your superior.
  18. At all times keep your immediate superiors promptly and fully informed of your conduct of the business or affairs of the Company.
  19. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
