Requirement :
- Age of 25-35 Years Old
- Degree in any field(Preferably Major in Business Admin)
- At least 1 year experience in the related field. (New comer are welcome to try)
- Must poses own transport to carry out daily task
- Proficient in Malay, English and Chinese(Optional)
- Positive Attitude, Great self Motivation and self discipline
- Own a laptop(for admin task, documentation and reports)
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office (Excel,etc)
- Willing to travel occasionally
- Great sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Able to carry out and complete task give in a specific time frame
JOB SCOPE
- Oversee operational activities on all the assigned branches.
- Lease with all team members well to ensure good communication
- Manage daily task
- Solve problems
- Develop and maintain operational process and workflows of the branches
- Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies
- Assist in project management
- Ensure daily operation of the company run smoothly
- Carrying out admin task, book keeping , report generating and filing activities
- Planning , organize and conduct marketing activities to enhances branding of the company product to the market.
- Complete any Ad-Hock Task given
