Office Based Location: Cyber City Kepayan

Requirement :

  • Age of 25-35 Years Old
  • Degree in any field(Preferably Major in Business Admin)
  • At least 1 year experience in the related field. (New comer are welcome to try)
  • Must poses own transport to carry out daily task
  • Proficient  in Malay, English and Chinese(Optional)
  • Positive Attitude, Great self Motivation and self discipline
  • Own a laptop(for admin task, documentation and reports)
  • Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office (Excel,etc)
  • Willing to travel occasionally
  • Great sense of responsibility and able to work independently
  • Able to carry out and complete task give in a specific time frame

 

JOB SCOPE

  • Oversee operational activities on all the assigned branches.
  • Lease with all team members well to ensure good communication
  • Manage daily task
  • Solve problems
  • Develop and maintain operational process and workflows of the branches
  • Identify and address operational problems and inefficiencies
  • Assist in project management
  • Ensure daily operation of the company run smoothly
  • Carrying out admin task, book keeping , report generating and filing activities
  • Planning , organize and conduct marketing activities to enhances branding of the company product to the market.
  • Complete any Ad-Hock Task given
