Key Responsibilities

CNC Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge banders, and panel saws) to produce high-quality wooden components for furniture.
Programming & Setup: Input and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure tools are correctly installed and calibrated for each job.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to interpret technical drawings and resolve any machining issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs.

Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
1. Proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
3. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
4. Knowledge of tooling and fixture setup.
Soft Skills:
1. Strong problem-solving abilities.

3. Good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
