Key Responsibilities
- CNC Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (e.g., CNC routers, edge banders, and panel saws) to produce high-quality wooden components for furniture.
- Programming & Setup: Input and modify CNC programs based on technical drawings and specifications. Ensure tools are correctly installed and calibrated for each job.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and production teams to interpret technical drawings and resolve any machining issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine settings, maintenance activities, and production outputs.
Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in woodworking or furniture manufacturing.
