Job Scope :

  1. Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
  2. Liaise with Clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
  3. All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, etc
  4. Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
  5. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
  6. Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent and quality services
  7. Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirement :

Experience 1 to 3 years

Degree Holder - Graduate in MAICSA / Corporate Admin

Language versatility: English. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
