Job Scope :
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches & representative offices, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors’/ shareholders’ resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, application of employment passes, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc
- Liaise with Clients on statutory and corporate compliance matters
- All aspects of general corporate secretarial matters including preparation and circulation of resolutions, etc
- Ensure all statutory rules and regulatory requirements are met
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including solicitors and regulatory bodies
- Strengthen long-term relationship with our customers and business partners by providing excellent and quality services
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement :
Experience 1 to 3 years
Degree Holder - Graduate in MAICSA / Corporate Admin
Language versatility: English. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organised, detailed and deadline oriented.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
