In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end client lifecycle — from onboarding and deepening engagement to driving product adoption, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Leveraging your expertise in relationship management, financial planning, and investment solutions, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering clients to make informed decisions using our investment data aggregation and analytics platform.   • Manage, grow, and nurture relationships with high-value clients by delivering personalized and strategic support across finance, investment, and wealth-related portfolios.

  • Drive revenue and asset growth by identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions through holistic financial planning and platform optimization.

  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction through a consultative, needs-based approach, while promoting relevant financial solutions and platform features.

  • Collaborate with internal specialists for cross-functional referrals, including real estate financing or investment advisory services, where appropriate.

  • Share best practices and market insights with peers to enhance overall team performance and client experience.

  • Maintain strict adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, ensuring ethical conduct and compliance across all client interactions.
