Position : Customer Service Executive

Preferrable with Experience

 

Job Description

  • Handling all customer inquiries and requests related to sea freight export in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating and processing sea freight export documentation, including booking confirmations, shipping instructions, and customs clearance
  • Liaising with internal departments and external partners (e.g. shipping lines, customs) to ensure seamless logistics and delivery
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on the status of their shipments
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed records and generating relevant reports
