Position : Customer Service Executive

Job Description
- Handling all customer inquiries and requests related to sea freight export in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating and processing sea freight export documentation, including booking confirmations, shipping instructions, and customs clearance
- Liaising with internal departments and external partners (e.g. shipping lines, customs) to ensure seamless logistics and delivery
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers on the status of their shipments
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency
- Maintaining detailed records and generating relevant reports
