Responsibilities:

• Develop sale proposals and marketing materials across all media platforms
• Provide analysis and recommendations to sales regarding all new media rights requests from clients
• Acquires and integrates industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors
• Ensuring sufficient stock to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory
• Accurately processing and fulfilling orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory movements and conducting stock audits
• Handle office activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Perform administrative work duties as assigned and assist colleagues whenever required

Requirement:

• Candidate has SPM qualification or above
• Computer literacy in MS Excel, MS Words, MS Project, Power Point
• Possessed strategic thinking in planning, organizing and implementation with problem-solving skills
• Good customer service skills and people-oriented person
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
