  • Handling Payroll Administration (Responsible for staff payroll calculation to ensure timely processing of accurate payroll)
  • Responsible for monitory staff performance and daily attendance.
  • Updates of Leave Administration.
  • Use Vimigo System
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Handle foreign workers – Permit / Passport.
  • Responsible for disciplinary matters and other personnel related issues (Domestic Inquiry Cases)
  • Responsible for apply / renewal licenses and permits related to the business operations of the company by monitoring the deadlines
  • To liaise with government agencies such as JPJ, TNB, Telekom and etc
  • Maintain filing system for employee’s records, as well as essential correspondences and documents(insurance, office equipment service maintenance)
  • Organize and send company announcements - Office memorandum
  • Responsible to monitor and maintain requirements for all administration works such as office equipment, Maintenance, courier services, and company invoice.
  • Handling, coordinating and liaising with third party vendors on documentation support and all other relevant matters involving administration task.
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment’s.
  • Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
  • Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
  • Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
  • Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR Objectives, purpose and achievements.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Participate in organizing company events and careers days
  • To assist in any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
