Job responsibilities:

• Provide support to Marketing Team in the development and implementation of brand plans and promotions
• Assist with coordination and execution of marketing activities/events (including outside normal working hours, if required)
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing Team and external vendors on coordination of Point Of Sales (POS) and promotional materials
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Marketing Team
• Provide ad hoc support to other departments when required

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Business Development or equivalent
• At least 2 years working experience in Marketing/Advertising field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
• Team player and able to work under minimum supervision
• Excellent organization, time management and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, creative and pro-active
• Posses valid driving license and own transport
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm), Saturday (9:00am to 1:00pm)
