Job Responsibilities:

  • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
  • Evaluating and optimising marketing and pricing strategies.
  • Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
  • Promoting brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial and production departments.
  • Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
  • Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Generating new business leads.
  • Researching new opportunities and market trends.
  • Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
  • Managing the marketing department's staff.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to management.
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.

 


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing manager.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to management.
