Job description

  • Lead service crews to meet the company's monthly sales objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for hiring service crew members and manage staffing levels at the outlets.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, and executing day to day Operational activities.
  • Monitoring the performance of staff from time to time.
  • Oversee and optimize the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to empower service crews to effectively manage their daily tasks and outlet operations independently.
  • Monitor and analyse labour and inventory expenses, preparing and submitting reports to ensure adherence to budgets while enhancing quality standards.
  • Regularly inspect outlet assets, including facilities and equipment, to uphold quality standards.
  • Offer solutions to address outlet issues and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Provide guidance and disciplinary action when necessary for service crew members.
  • Forecast, plan, source, and procure food and beverage supplies for the kitchen and stocking purposes.

 

 

Requirements

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in F&B Services Management or equivalent.
  • Have more than 5 years of working experience preferably in F&B & Service industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, and be extremely customer focused.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge in computer.
  • Must be good in calculation.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel outstations and very committed to work.
  • Honest, problem solver and has managerial skills.
