Job Description:
- Attend to urgent request/complain from tenant and ensure all customer support functions are completed
- Unit inspection (only when necessary)
- Involves in some improvement tasks
- Attend to feedbacks and services requested by the client
- To upload, advertise & promote any rent activities related matter
- Undertake ad-hoc duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possess own transport and can travel around Selangor and KL
- Preferable male only, age 25-33
- Aggressive, proactive, multitasking and able to work independently
- Strong coordination skills, problem solving and communication skills
