Salary: RM2000 - RM2400 (Monthly) - Depending to experience.
Jobscope:
Shop Maintenance:
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Stock Inventory Management:
- Oversee stock levels, conduct inventory checks, and manage reordering of supplies.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service, assist customers with inquiries and purchases, and handle customer complaints efficiently.
Coordination with Supervisor:
- Work closely with the supervisor to implement store policies, meet sales targets, and ensure smooth daily operation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail role is required.
- Strong team work and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Fluensy in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
