Job Description

1. Greet customers, handling enquiries, ascertain what are the customers need and desire, and maintain good service to customers.
2. Recommend, demonstrates and explains the use of the merchandise, selecting and suggesting options which are suitable for the customers’ needs.
3. Cross selling of the merchandises.
4. Assist in daily operations such as merchandise display, stock inventory and ordering stocks, replenish stocks on the shelf, and maintenance of the store.
5. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the store
6. Support in other aspects of sales and operations such cashier duty, compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
7. Assist on E-commerce order fulfilment.
8. Watching out for loss prevention through leakage & theft.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

1. Min SPM level
2. At least 1 year relevant experience
3. Good in English and computer literate
4. Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs
5. Ability to take direction while working with minimal supervision
