Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the operation of retail outlets or stores, achieving sales target and profitability, minimizing operating expenses, and implementing sales strategies.
• Promote retail excellence by ensuring that the retail needs are resolved and immediate follow-up actions are taken.
• Work closely with area manager and the management office on store operation, staffing and merchandising, while providing improvement solution.
• Elevate operations team by providing guidance and regular coaching and motivate the retail staff to ensure continuos development, optimum level of work performance and high morale.
• Develope and set strategies on operational process and continuos improvement.
• Attend company management meetings, consolidate meetings report and agendas, and provide recommendation to top management.
• Provide monthly reports on operations and financial performance and competitive analysis of retail market.
• Responsible for managing the operating cost and resources and provide forecast budgeting.
• Responsible for the shop opening and closure and to ensure smooth operations and transition.
• Ensure compliance with all retail standards and regulatory requirements by trade authorities and complex landlords.

Job Requirement

• At least 2 years of relavan and/or management working experience in retail operation
• Strategic yet detail-oriented and hands-on in implementation  with strong analytical and cross-functional skills
• Strong people mangement, motivation and decision making skills
• Strong Communication, Presentation and proposal development 
• Must have demonstrated ability to mange multiples projects with strong organization skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities and within tight deadline. 
• Independent, resourcesful, performanced-oriented, self motivated, service oriented and an ability to interect with all level of people.
