4. Serve as back-up crew and working buddy with the crew
5. Maintain relationship with retailers

7. Quick manpower arrangement for emergency cases
8. Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure team performance

1. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
2. Ability to move throughout the store. Need to have own transports (motorbike or car)
3. Physically fix for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching activities
4. To plan, direct and supervise rovers/crew under your territory.
5. Work hours by schedule, include nights, weekends, early mornings and Public Holidays (PH rate applied). Off day by schedule.
6. Comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios
7. Problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence
8. Able to work independently, must possess excellence people skill
9. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
10. Typhoid Injected - must be willing to inject typhoid as we are handling halal food product. Cost of injection can claim.
