Duties and Responsibilities
- Manpower hiring and management
- Enforcement of standards and discipline as per the SOP’s. Ensure the rovers/crew/msers work according to SOP
- Training of rovers rovers/crew/msers
- Serve as back-up crew and working buddy with the crew
- Maintain relationship with retailers
- Identify opportunities in trade
- Quick manpower arrangement for emergency cases
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure team performance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Ability to move throughout the store. Need to have own transports (motorbike or car)
- Physically fix for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching activities
- To plan, direct and supervise rovers/crew under your territory.
- Work hours by schedule, include nights, weekends, early mornings and Public Holidays (PH rate applied). Off day by schedule.
- Comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios
- Problem solver who tackles obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence
- Able to work independently, must possess excellence people skill
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards
- Typhoid Injected - must be willing to inject typhoid as we are handling halal food product. Cost of injection can claim.
Start date: Aug 2025
Salary package: Salary between RM3k to RM4200 + Parking, fuel & toll by claim
