What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):
1. Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers, business owners, warehouse managers, and staff to ensure seamless operations and service delivery. (Keywords: relationship management, customer engagement, decision-makers)
2. Drive Business Growth
- Oversee customer upgrades, contract extensions, and negotiate commercial terms to maximize revenue opportunities. (Keywords: business growth, contract negotiation, revenue generation)
3. Foster Customer Loyalty
- Manage customer relationships to build loyalty, encourage referrals, and identify re-engagement opportunities. (Keywords: customer retention, loyalty programs, referral marketing)
4. Lead Generation and Conversion
- Collect and manage leads from E-commerce, wholesale, distribution, and retail channels, ensuring effective conversion in line with sales KPIs. (Keywords: lead generation, sales KPIs, conversion strategies)
5. Customer Feedback and Product Development
- Gather customer ideas and requirements, providing valuable feedback to product and process teams. Assist in developing standard user manuals and SOPs. (Keywords: customer feedback, product development, SOPs)
6. Collaborate with Service Teams
- Work closely with service teams to assist in system debugging, promptly report system bugs, and ensure timely resolution. (Keywords: system debugging, bug resolution, cross-functional collaboration)
7. Travel and Language Proficiency
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally. Proficiency in English or Chinese is required to handle overseas customers. (Keywords: business travel, multilingual, overseas clients)
8. Close Sales Deals
- Drive the closure of sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. (Keywords: sales closure, revenue targets, deal negotiation)
What do we need from you (Job Requirements):
- Education: At least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U qualification in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience in the IT software or logistics industry is a plus.
- Transport: Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
