About the Role

This internship offers hands-on experience supporting a dynamic sales team through documentation, coordination, and reporting. You'll assist in preparing quotations, updating CRM systems, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized sales records. You'll also contribute to client communication and help track sales performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Documentation & Data Entry

    • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales order forms

    • Maintain and update client databases (CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)

    • Record and track leads, meetings, and follow-ups

  • Sales Coordination

    • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales team and clients

    • Assist in onboarding documents and internal briefing forms

    • Prepare sales kits, decks, and materials for presentations

  • Admin Reporting & Sales Tracker Support

    • Update sales performance dashboards and pipeline reports

    • Consolidate feedback from clients and sales team for reporting

    • Maintain organized digital filing of all sales materials





  • Support Client Communication (Admin Level)

    • Draft and send standard follow-up emails and confirmations

    • Respond to basic client queries or redirect them to the relevant team members

    • Assist with scheduling and calendar management

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good written and verbal communication

  • A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
