What You’ll Do

As a key player in our Sales & Marketing team, you'll work at the intersection of creativity and commerce — bringing in new business, strengthening client relationships, and crafting marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing plans
• Identify new business opportunities and pitch advertising solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal creative, media, and operations teams
• Present proposals and marketing decks to potential clients
• Manage and monitor campaign performance, providing post-campaign insights
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (advertising/media industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, DOOH/OOH, and marketing strategy
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly adaptable
• A team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
