Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support including organizing and managing the General Manager’s calendar and appointment. To schedule meetings and appointments accordingly.
  • Processes various administration records and updating the General Manager of correspondences through emails, letters, feedback forms etc.
  • Organise and coordinate monthly Management Committee Meetings and annual General Meetings. Prepare minutes of meetings accordingly.
  • Maintain proper filing system

 

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge with Registrar of Societies procedures.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Meticulous and good attention to details, good interpersonal, organizational skills
  • Discreet in handling personal and confidential information
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
