Provide secretarial support including organizing and managing the General Manager’s calendar and appointment. To schedule meetings and appointments accordingly.
Processes various administration records and updating the General Manager of correspondences through emails, letters, feedback forms etc.
Organise and coordinate monthly Management Committee Meetings and annual General Meetings. Prepare minutes of meetings accordingly.
Maintain proper filing system
Requirements:
Good knowledge with Registrar of Societies procedures.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Meticulous and good attention to details, good interpersonal, organizational skills
Discreet in handling personal and confidential information
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
