Job Scope:

  1. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals.
  2. Oversee the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to create integrated campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the wine and liquor products.
  4. Mentor and support junior team members in their professional growth.
  5. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilizing data-driven insights for optimization.
  6. Drive digital marketing initiatives to expand the brand's online presence and sales.
  7. Conceptualize and execute product launches and promotional events.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts.
  9. Evaluate marketing effectiveness and present performance reports to senior management.




  1. Min Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in Executive level.
  3. Experience in the wine industry will be an advantage.
  4. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behaviour.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics.
  6. Excellent leadership, project management, and creative thinking skills.
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  8. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  9. Possess own transportation.
  10. Willing to travel.
