Location & Working Schedule

  • Home-based, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Mondays – Fridays except for local gazetted national holidays

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, or import-export, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt and transition into a new industry with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Existing network of clients and industry contacts is a plus.
