Location & Working Schedule
- Home-based, located in Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- Mondays – Fridays except for local gazetted national holidays
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in insurance, banking, or import-export, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to adapt and transition into a new industry with a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Existing network of clients and industry contacts is a plus.
