Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Help manage social media calendars and campaigns
• Monitor trends and provide creative content ideas to boost engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Support team in executing influencer or KOL collaborations
• Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages professionally

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Familiar with popular social media platforms (especially TikTok, Instagram & Facebook)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a bonus
• Good written and communication skills in [English / BM / Mandarin – depending on your market]
