Job Description

  • Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
  • Picking and filling orders from stock.
  • Counting and taking inventory of stock.
  • Keeping records of incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Packaging and shipping orders.
  • Cleaning and organising the warehouse.
  • Identifying and reporting any discrepancies in inventory.
  • Participating in physical inventory counts.
  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products.
  • Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse, ensuring products are stored in designated locations.
  • Update and maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems or manual tracking methods.
  • Collaborate with other team members to fulfill product orders, picking items from shelves and preparing them for shipment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory levels.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure the timely use of perishable items.
  • Assist in the labeling and packaging of products, following established guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment in compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding stock levels and replenishment needs.
  • Participate in periodic stock audits and assist in the implementation of inventory control measures.

 

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Stock Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate inventory management systems and related technology.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move moderately heavy items.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment.
  • Basic math skills for inventory counting and reconciliation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia And English.
