JOB DESCRIPTION

• Analyze blueprints, work instruction, or drawing to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required
• Known well to use various precision measuring equipment according to the specs and requirments
• Skills in operating machinery such as AutoDeburring, PEM Insert Press/Riveting, Plates Auto Levelling, Cleaning & Drying Conveyor, SilkScreening, CD Stud, Spot Welding and any others secondary processes.
• Inspect individual piece parts, assemblies, and installations for conformance to specifications.
• Inspecting the finished product to ensure it meets quality standards and job specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Maintain work area cleanliness and health and safety measuress to prevent job hazards

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. SPM or above qualification for the relevant apply position
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently without any supervisory
• Ability to use hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Understand Engineering drawing and GD&T are in advantages
• Good in attendance performance and attitude disciplinary
• Follow safety, environmental protocols and procedures when handling machinery
• Able to lift and move heavy objects
• Able to work overtime if require
• Fresh Graduate Male/Female are encourage to apply
• Fluent Mandarin/English are advantages
